Simon has been such an unwavering supporter to me and my project and all of us on the AWRC accelerator. I first met Simon at a MedTech conference while he was working on the Grow MedTech scheme. I approached him at his booth with a concept and idea, and he was so engaging and willing to listen to me ramble on and really showed he had a passion for and cared so much about health and accessing new ways to help people. He was, I am sure, fundamental in helping me get a place on the AWRC accelerator and it has opened so many doors because of this. Throughout this difficult year he has been a weekly smiling, supportive presence and mentor to all of us involved. I am so very sorry for your loss, he will be greatly missed by so many.
