Implausible to think that Simon is no longer with us at AWRC. He showed strong leadership, good humour and an ability to get things done in his role with the AWRC Wellbeing Accelerator and I am ever grateful for his contribution. I would naturally trade all the plaudits that Simon and the team received for their work on the Accelerator to have him with us. I have very fond memories of Simon delivering his Accelerator summaries via Zoom. The loud tap of the spacebar holding a firm rhythm as he moved efficiently from point to point on each slide. He would always open with the phrase "the AWRC wellbeing accelerator has been a tremendous success" - no-one ever argued and so it became to be so.
